MY STORY

My name is Julia and I'm the creator and owner of Vild Creative.

I’m from a small little town in the countryside of Sweden. 

Growing up I was a very curious kid that was always looking for the next adventure. I’ve always been creative and when I was 9 years old my dad gave me my first camera which quickly became one of my biggest interests.

After finishing school I took my camera, my savings and left Sweden with two friends to work and travel in Australia. I was 20 years old at the time and was only planning on staying for 6 months. When those 6 months were up I waved my friends goodbye at the airport and I've stayed ever since.. it's been 9 years! Time really does fly when you’re having fun!

I started documenting my travels on Instagram and in 2018 brands started reaching out asking me to create content for them. This was the beginning of my photography business and since then I’ve loved working with so many cool lifestyle and travel brands. Check them out here.

After my photography business launched I started to expand my knowledge in social media to merge my two passions together.

From this, Vild Creative was born.

When I'm not busy creating content or curating Instagram feeds I love spending time outdoors. Hiking, exploring new places, roadtripping, taking afternoon naps, ocean swims and reading.
